1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Neuro CRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Neuro CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provides AI-powered tools for managing contacts, deals, activities, and sales pipelines. The Service includes features such as:

  • Contact and customer management
  • Deal pipeline tracking and management
  • AI-powered lead scoring and predictions
  • Activity tracking and automation
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Email suggestions and communication tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. AI Features and Data Processing

Neuro CRM uses artificial intelligence to provide insights, predictions, and automation. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated insights are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate
  • Your data may be processed by third-party AI services (e.g., Google Gemini API)
  • AI predictions and suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees
  • You retain responsibility for all business decisions made using AI insights

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neuro CRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

    7. Payment Terms

    7.1 Subscription Fees

    Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

    7.2 Price Changes

    We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

    9. Data Retention and Deletion

    You may delete your account and data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

    10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURO CRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuro CRM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
